At Sleep Doctor, we want you to rest easy in your new sleepwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed garments in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original bags with all tags attached, and securely seal them in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
